*Job Description*




* Under direct supervision, responsible for assisting with all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects to include planning, monitoring, and managing internal projects from initiation to completion.

* Helps coordinate activities of project teams, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion, while also focusing on the technically based activities.

* Maintains familiarity with project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.

* Communicates regarding status of assigned projects.

* Uses existing procedures to solve routine/standard problems; examines and analyzes information to arrive at recommendations and solutions.

* Position is typically used in the following business areas: Facilities, Retail Payments Office (RPO), and function offices.

* Education: Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent experience

* Experience: Less than two years Functional Knowledge Preferences



*Responsibilities:*




* In addition to ad-hoc project support, program support for our remote work program, annual training program and contingent worker program are in scope.

* In terms of skills - seeking someone with strong or advanced MS Office skills particularly Excel skills (able to create pivot tables, charts/data visualization, etc.), with MS Access and Visio as a plus for workflows;

* Time keeping experience

* Knowledge of technical writing for related policy and procedure updates. Strong writing skills are a must have.

* They will be asked to complete routine data entry and perform some quality assurance checks for previously entered data as well.

* Consults with other project managers and project teams to establish appropriate implementation strategy to include planning, designing communications, training development, implementation budgeting, delivery methods, and/or timing/bundling for routine initiatives.

* Manages multiple tasks with accountability for identifying solutions and project deliverables.

* Helps to ensure that project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.

* Responsible for regularly communicating with more senior project managers and management team regarding the status of assigned projects.

* Prepares status reports and coordinates presentations.

* May provide guidance and direction to contractors, consultants, and vendors, and manages ongoing relationships.

* Evaluates current business practices and suggests policies and practices for determining the most effective implementation strategies.

* Builds and maintains knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers and may focus on one or more disciplines.

* Responsible for becoming familiar with project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively execute or ensure the execution of project tasks and deliverables and coordinate project team activities.

* Performs other duties as assigned or requested, including operational and administrative functions.
