Job Details:

I. List essential function(s) of the job.

A. Perform different jobs in the shipping and receiving department as a relief for vacations, absenteeism, etc. Jobs performed will include, but are not limited to, Ingredients Mixer, Condemn Hauler, Trash collector, Cooler Attendant, Breader Runner, Forklift operator, Boxroom Attendant, and Label Room Attendant ( See appropriate Job Descriptions)

B. Must be able to work around breader dust and marination

C. Must be able to work in cold temperatures (50 degrees or less)

D. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

E. Must be willing to learn to operator power industrial equipment to include the yard truck and meet driving requirements.

F. This postion is alloted one 30 minute paid break - working 8 hour shifts

II. List muscular/skeletal requirement(s) of the job.

A. Use hands, arms, legs, back and shoulders to push V-mags (appx. 350 lbs), repetativley

B. Must be able to bend to push v-mag.

C. Must use eyes to see.

D. Must use legs/feet to stand for long periods of time. (approx 3 1/2 hours)

And be able to climb stairs.

E. Must use hands, arms and fingers to grasp product and equipment, record

information on paperwork and adjust settings on machines.

F. Must use arms, back, and legs to push condemn barrells appx 100 lbs

G. Must use back, legs and arms to lift breader bags/tubs of meat (appx 75 lbs), and break down empty totes of raw product or to shovel spilled totes of chicken.

H. Heavy lifting up to 75lbs repetitively for 8 hour shift

III. List types of equipment required to operate for the position.

Pull along pump jack- non motorized

Ride on pallet jack- motorized

Forklift

Condemn Bailer

Trash Compactor

Condemn Dumper

IV. List any minimum education, certification(s), diploma(s), or technical
expertise required to perform the job functions.

Must be able to read and write

Must be able to communicate well with others

Must be able to perform basic math
