Job Description Summary:
PayPal is seeking a Brand Strategy Team Coordinator to execute and organize day-to-day marketing efforts for its brands.

They will have their hands in tactical as well as strategic initiatives focused on planning, advancing, and tracking the impact of all the global brand and branding projects aimed at increasing awareness, consideration, and advocacy around the PayPal brand. This includes collaborating with the rest of the growth marketing organization Product, Comms, PMM. This role will report into the Sn Director, Brand Strategy and Branding.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who uses both sides of the brain, is organized, and can quickly and precisely execute on marketing initiatives.

They will be the quarterback that helps organize our calendar of activities, help planning and prioritizing our workstreams, updating trackers, keep the Brand and Branding team on track highlighting progress and making sure deadlines are met.

The candidate will be responsible for working highly collaboratively and cross-functionally across all the growth marketing organization.

They will contribute new ideas and thinking that helps shape the work we do and the way we do it. They are also comfortable thinking across industries and can intake a broad, complex range of internal and external business plans and execute them across our partner and owned PayPal channels.

It is critical to establish a close partnership across the whole team, identify best practices, develop presentations and case studies to push the brand forward.

The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-moving environment. They are results-oriented, highly motivated, hands-on players able to set a vision to drive change internally and be able to develop and implement complex projects.

They are an avid reader, active researcher, problem solver, innovative thinker, and a compulsive writer.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Brand Strategy and Branding Sn Director in evaluating and establishing the plans and strategies by planning and organizing progress check ins, and updating deadlines and calendars

• Plan and manage key team meetings, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists

• Communicate project objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the rest of the growth marketing organization

• Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, data and providing recommendations to brand and branding leadership

• Assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy • Ensure all brand and branding efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals

• Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a tracking capability, global contact directory, internal sites

• Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team

Requisite Experience

1 to 2 years' experience in coordinating team processes and

Agent of Change who plays an active role in lifting the bar

Skilled communicator can motivate others through language and the written word and can simplify the complex

Strong collaborator who thrives in working interdependently with individuals and teams for mutual success and understands the importance of elevating others and the team's success above personal success
