What You Will Be Doing -Lead the development and validation of novel assays to measure the disposition and pharmacokinetics
-Develop high-quality assays to support the assessment of pharmacodynamics and immunogenicity of novel multi-specific therapeutics
-Analyze and interpret various types of bioanalytical data, and author and/or review assay and in vivo study protocols and reports
-Assay troubleshooting and automation
-Development of new technology platforms
What You Need for this Position Ph.D. in Life Sciences or a related field with 2+ years of industry experience or,
Masters' degree with 4+ years of industry experience
-A working understanding of ELISA and/or MSD assays and hands-on experience with instruments/platforms that these assays read off
-Pharmacokinetics, A basic understanding of PK assays, and how to run these assays using serum samples
-Experience handling serum from mice, monkey, and/or human
-Experience with assessments of cytokines using ELISA/MSD platforms is a plus
-Experience working in immunoassay development or a DMPK setting is a plus
