RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Billing Analyst II in Charlotte, NC.Responsibilities of a Billing Analyst II:

• Billing Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assisting in developing and implementing related to 3rd party billing systems
• Analyze systems for ongoing performance improvements at user and system levels
• May perform software testing, documentation and provide training
• This position is responsible for providing production support for MOP processing in the ICOMS billing system
• A primary responsibility of the Billing Analyst is to process all forms of payments ie lockbox, EFT and credit cards which encompasses support for production, high availability, development, testing, and training environments
• Ensure milestones are met for processing MOP's for these environments
• Billing Analyst will coordinate with billing vendors to troubleshoot issues to resolve problems
• ICOMS MOP processing
• Production deployment of payment system parameters configuration, job scheduling, and application of software upgrades
• Hyper testing, TMS tickets and troubleshooting error messages
• Billing Analyst works with FileZilla and Mobius platforms
• Creates, configures, and supports MOP processing in test and training environments
• Ensures setup is complete before turning over to users for activity
• Work closely with other departments

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 - 4 years of billing experience
• Experience with ICOMS or CSG billing systems preferred
• Advanced Excel knowledge
