We are currently seeking a Bilingual Field Representative to evaluate and monitor care services for our clients to ensure the delivery of quality care services. The Field Representative will evaluate client satisfaction by conducting phone assessments and in-home visits with our clients. They will also provide administrative and clerical support to our Oak Lawn branch in Illinois. The individual in this position must be fluent in Arabic or Spanish. Work hours for this role are normally Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone assessments for clients receiving care services
  • Learn and become familiar with the protocol for conducting in-home visits for clients
  • Conduct in-home visits for clients receiving services, as approved
  • Evaluate care services being performed by our caregivers to ensure client satisfaction with the care services provided
  • Address any client concerns and answer questions from clients during in-home visits and phone assessments
  • Any administrative and/or clerical duties, as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to insured and reliable transportation
  • Fluency in either Arabic or Spanish, along with the ability to communicate with others in Arabic or Spanish
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Previous experience working with the elderly and/or disabled or must display a compassionate attitude for that constituent
