Kforce has a client that is seeking a Bank Operations Payment Manager in Boston, MA.What You'll do
  • Maintain full delivery of operational SLA's, including periodic reviews for SLA relevance.
  • Lead the Operations team to ensure successful delivery of all operational processes.
  • Drive automation and efficiencies through technology
  • Establish position as a leader in driving change and digitization within the department and across the company
  • Build and develop strong, productive relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, compliance and cost management
  • Develop and implement operations solutions tied to strategic business priorities
  • Resolve service issues and provide accurate forecasts of workload and resource requirements
  • Continually review processes and procedures, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness
  • Develop plans to ensure high productivity and efficiency while minimizing risk
  • Ensure operational processes are robust and in-line with the risk and regulatory frameworks while challenging processes
  • Promote a positive working environment focused on results and service delivery via effective coaching and team development
  • Actively support and promote a culture of change and ensure day-to-day service quality is maintained through periods of strategic change
  • Prepare annual development plans, budgets, and a practical approach to monitoring the execution of same
  • Develop, implement and monitor end-to-end back office processes


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Five years experience in banking operations, (Deposit Operations and/or Loan Servicing required) with a minimum of 2 in a management capacity
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with Microsoft Reporting Services and Core Banking Systems
  • Technology background and operational automation experience - looking at what processes could be automated or just improving one
  • Strong business acumen and excellent relationship management skills across all levels
  • Strong leadership, and the ability develop and execute on strategy
  • Strong analytical ability, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Budget and expense management understanding
