THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE

As a B+K Operations Manager, your role is to lead a productive warehouse team that will handle the day-to-day operations to support the Central Bath+Kitchen region. Under your influence, your team will be able to successfully partner together, meet monthly quotas, and develop skills to further aid in their daily job tasks! Together, your team will be the backbone that will keep REECE thriving for years to come!

YOUR BACKGROUND

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years experience managing warehouse operations

Must be able to lift to 75 pounds, stand/walk for up to 8 hours a day and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

Additional physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 75 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job during the assigned work hours. Following is a list of physical and mental requirements identified as necessary to achieve the essential functions of this role:
