Description: Our client is currently seeking an Associate Director, Social Content & Engagement Strategy
-Remote
-Contract

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Evaluate and categorize existing CRO-related social channels for retention, de-coupling or elimination
• Conduct landscape analysis to determine the most impactful strategic opportunities in social media for a new, independent CRO
• Deliver combined outputs as initial recommendation'- Develop high level social strategy to support launch of independent CRO channels, including content themes, channel strategy and engagement approach'
• Develop FPO creative assets (pending key branding decisions for client) to help bring the content pillars, social strategy and launch to life
• Articulate social objectives and role for new CRO social media channels
• Determine assets and materials that will be needed (profile and header images, initial announcement posts, etc.) to support a successful launch in 2023
• Provide channel structure recommendation and high-level governance guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and leveraging of cross promotion opportunities at launch
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 7-9 years of experience
  
• Must have active accounts across key social media sites including, but not limited to, TikTok Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest and LinkedIn
• Possess background knowledge and a true passion for the social media marketing space
• Must have strong verbal and writing/grammatical skills as well as ability to present information and ideas logically and clearly; keen eye for detail also required
• Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to write clear, actionable insights as well as grammatically correct copy for posts, community management responses and real-time program activations
• Healthcare background - nice to have
