The Role:

Moderna is seeking an Associate Director, Content Strategy to develop content strategy and oversee content execution. This role will be responsible for developing creative and unique ideas for content that meets the objectives of Moderna's content needs. Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer, h/she will be an innovative and strategic thinker and possess strong attention to detail, great analytical and keen time management skills. A successful candidate will also have substantiated expertise in branded digital video and editorial storytelling.

Here's What You'll Do:

• Lead planning for Moderna's content strategy program - adoption, onboarding, measurement, and roadmap
  
• Develop content strategies and programs in collaboration with our consumers, internal and key stakeholders on program execution
  
• Partner with the Brand and cross-functional teams to source or create the right content to educate, inspire and empower consumers
  
• Deliver content programs and projects on time and on budget
  
• Advocate for content strategy and design thinking across the broader organization
  
• Propose and pitch topics for blogs, whitepapers, and other educational content
  
• Research, check factual accuracy, and uphold editorial guidelines on all content pieces
  

Here's What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or relevant field
  
• 10+ years' experience in omnichannel content strategy, including building content frameworks and delivering them to internal and external stakeholders; preferably in the healthcare and/or life sciences industry
  
• Ability to effectively translate high science for consumers through both written and visual mediums
  
• Excellent writing skills
  
• Clear articulation of business objectives behind the creation of content
  
• Project management skills to manage editorial schedules and deadlines within company and ongoing campaigns
  
• Solid knowledge of content management systems, keyword research tools, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM)
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment
