Assistant Superintendent We're a Texas Based General Contractor with 18+ Years of industry with offices in all major cities in Texas. Our experience is focused in ground-up Multifamily, Assisted Living, and Student Housing projects throughout Texas. We have completed 15,000+ units since establishment and have generated over $1.5B in construction.

Our projects typically range from 200 - 400 units and consist of podiums, wraps, and garden style builds.

We're actively looking for multiple Assistant Superintendents to join our team for a long-term career opportunity and to run one of our Garden Style projects getting ready to break ground in Austin, TX.

What You Will Be Doing - Assist in managing the field and project team successfully and collaboratively.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships and communication with all parties involved
- Assist with setting up job site logistics, field coordination, and project schedule.
- Participate in the review all project documents for constructability and content, including shop drawings.
- Maintain and update project records including RFIs, ASIs and as-builts.
- Assist with creating and enforcing a site-specific emergency action plan for assigned projects in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Coordinate subcontractors.
- Coordinate with building inspections, subcontractor inspections, and agencies.
- In collaboration with the Superintendent perform daily job site walks and submit daily safety audit reports.
What You Need for this Position - Multifamily Construction Experience
- 2+ Years experience as Assistant Superintendent
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Willingness to learn from senior level professionals in order to further advance your career
