Assistant Superintendent We are one of Birmingham's premier General Contractors focusing on multi-family projects for one of the best developers in Alabama and the southeast. Our primary focus is on luxury garden-style, podium and wrap type deals in Alabama. We aren't the biggest company, but we are growing fast and work on quality projects. With work lined up for the next 5+ years, we are looking to bring on an Assistant Superintendent to the team.
What You Will Be Doing - Garden-style, podium and wrap type multi-family deals
- Finishes, wood framing
- Working with Superintendents to move into the role
- Ground-up construction
What You Need for this Position - 2+ years of assistant superintendent experience
- High School diploma
- Multi-family experience
