Assistant Superintendent We're a privately held full-service General Contractor based out of Atlanta, GA with a strong presence throughout Georgia & North Carolina, and have been in business since 1990 operating in a wide-variety of construction markets such as Multifamily, Senior Living, Student Housing, Commercial, Mixed-Use, Healthcare, and K-12/Education projects.

We have a full backlog of upcoming projects relative to the Atlanta market and are actively looking to add an Assistant Superintendent to our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with ground-up multifamily construction projects.

What You Will Be Doing - Assist Superintendent with managing job site safety, quality, and schedule for assigned projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Ensure standards of quality and safety are adhered to by implementing safety culture to project team and subcontractors.
- Work collaboratively with Project Manager, project team members, and field.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships and communication with client, Construction Manager, project team, subcontractors, etc.
- Assist with setting up job site logistics, field coordination, and project schedule.
- Participate in the review all project documents for constructability and content, including shop drawings.
- Maintain and update project records including RFIs, ASIs and as-builts.
- Coordinate subcontractors.
- In collaboration with the Superintendent perform daily job site walks and submit daily safety audit reports.
What You Need for this Position - Prior multifamily construction experience
- General knowledge of the building process
- Experience overseeing subcontractors, vendors, etc.
- Prior experience using Procore software
- Strong communication skills
