With a diverse team of professional designers, builders, and trades we have realized countless successful construction projects.

We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team, with an opportunity to grow into a Project Manager position in 6-12 months.
What You Will Be Doing - Assist the Project Manager in achieving successful project outcomes from the preconstruction phase through project completion
- Mentor and develop direct reports
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, consultants and subcontractors
- Assist the Project Manager with project financials and schedule management while ensuring the highest quality and safety standards
- Management of assigned subcontractors
- Conduct daily site visits and reports
What You Need for this Position - Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction industry
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
- Problem solving skills
- Technology proficient, with the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes
- Contract and cost management skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent/applicable degree preferred
