Description:

Tulane University School of Medicine, Department of Medicine, Section of Hematology & Medical Oncology is seeking applicants who will qualify for appointment as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Stem Cell Transplantation Specialist.


Qualifications:

Applicants should have a record of excellence in clinical care, as well as training in clinical, translational and/or basic science research. The successful candidate will be a competent, compassionate physician who is interested in a clinical practice focused on hematologic malignancies and oncology. Candidates must qualify for appointment at the assistant professor level, be board-certified in medicine, and have completed a fellowship in medical hematology/oncology with board certification in either hematology or medical oncology.  The candidate must also have had additional training in stem cell transplantation.
