Huntingdon College (Montgomery, AL) invites applications for two positions in History: a full-time, tenure-track position at the assistant professor level AND a full-time, one-year instructorship. Both positions begin August 1, 2024 and consist of a 4-4 teaching load. We welcome applications from a range of specialties.

Desired Qualifications: A Ph.D. in History with teaching experience is preferred, but applicants nearing completion of the doctorate with teaching assistant experience may also be considered. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to pedagogical excellence, scholarly engagement, student success, and ethical behavior and professionalism.
