Ledgent Accounting & Finance has partnered with an established manufacturing company and is actively seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term position with growing opportunity! This position is onsite Monday-Friday.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Accounting Specialist will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The Accounting Specialist will also respond to information requests by management and for auditing purposes.

Qualifications:

• BS Accounting, Finance, or relevant degrees or equivalent
• 2+ years of accounting experience - accounts receivable/accounts payable
• Experience with SAP, SAP Hanna, and/or QuickBooks
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong Excel skills (Vlook-up, pivot table)
