Kforce client is seeking an Appraisal Coordinator in Irvine, CA.Duties:
Research environmental property issues utilizing online systems and upload document findings
Monitor appraisal service requests for new assignments, updates, and changes
Expand knowledge in residential and commercial appraisal coordination
Position is onsite with social distancing protocols in place
2+ years of experience in appraisal assignment
Experience with an appraisal management system
Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced heavy volume environment
