Our client is seeking a Applications Analyst w/RPA and Banking Deposits in Richmond, VA\ Hybrid .

Role Description

The Applications and Data Services Analyst II is accountable for assigned system applications, process analysis, workflow design and implementation, centralized reporting and data analysis within Bank Operations which result in the increased efficiencies, mitigation of risks and will optimize service delivery to internal and external customers. The teammate is accountable for partnering with unit managers to drive operational efficiencies. This position will be responsible for assisting applications (data mapping) during acquisitions and mergers.

• Manage and implement change requests for assigned applications.
• Improve and optimize service delivery utilizing structured problem solving methodology, such as Process Mapping, Lean Six Sigma, and Data Analysis activities.
• Utilize FCM to develop workflows to streamline processes within the departments.
• Responsible for the standardization of quality mechanisms that will assure service delivery accuracy of 99.9%.
• Create scripts for Foxtrot to automate maintenance.
• Effectively synthesize data to provide executive level summaries.
• Cultivate a positive working relationship with partners in order to identify, develop, standardize, and improve processes.
• Communicate process changes, enhancements, and through written documentation-to management, peers, staff, and other teammates so that issues and solutions are understood.
• Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes in operating systems for the department.
• Facilitate Process Redesign teams to ensure project timeline and deliverables are completed.
• Support teammates by providing backup for other applications and process enhancements.

Skills & Requirements

Education & Experience
• Five or more years of experience in banking, process development, or application administration.
• Undergraduate degree in a business related discipline required.
• Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification or demonstrated knowledge of statistics and data analysis required.

Knowledge & Skills

• Excels in customer service, and shows a desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Effective listening and investigative skills, being able to identify problems and areas of opportunity.
• Excellent communication skills, showing an ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to organize and facilitate meetings.
• Advanced time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Capability to problem solve, using critical thinking.
• Demonstrates an understanding of data, and can interpret and summarize vast data sets.
• Obtains a working knowledge of the systems and applications used by the Bank.
• 5+ year Banking
• Experience with Banking Deposits is a must
• RPA - Experienced in Enablesoft technology (Foxtrot) (could consider someone with UiPath)
• Data Mapping (this will help in troubleshooting and root cause analysis within the RPA workflow)
