*Minimum Qualifications: *




* 10+ years' experience leading development teams and architecting solutions

* 10 years of full-stack application architecture and development experience in larger scale web and/or mobile applications using a combination of .net or Java, Angular, React, Node.js and various databases

* 3+ years designing and building OAS APIs and managing them in an enterprise APIM platform

* 3+ years Managing and scaling APIs operations

* 3+ years of Enterprise IDP services, SSO, OAuth2, Hashing, SAML, etc

* 3+ years of designing cloud native solutions with built-in system security, reliability, scalability, and traceability

* 5+ years of CICD and Agile product practices, Azure DevOps a plus

* 3 years of experience working with cloud native development in AWS, Azure or GCP

* Experience with one or more on-premise/SaaS packaged COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) solutions for ERP, CRM, e-Commerce, or mobile (e.g. Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Oracle, Siebel, SAP, WorkDay, etc.)

* Experience managing and architecting for multiple technical integration project SDLCs (Software Development Life Cycle) end-to-end, sometimes simultaneously

* Experience working with on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configurations and definition/evangelism of best practices/standards

* Experience effectively architecting solutions within a diverse technical team of internal IT resources, SIs, and contractors

* Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior level resources, consultants, and clients while leading internal initiatives to grow Services organization practices

* Ability to navigate across infrastructure, security, networking, and application development to achieve desired results

* Kafka, KSQL, Streaming application

* Elastic stack or similar logging and traceability tools

* Demonstrated experience with High-Availability, Fault-Tolerance, Performance Testing and Tuning parameters on multiple engagements

* Demonstrated expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements while evangelizing integration methodologies and supporting business case justification to C-level executives

* Experience driving technical workshops with technical and business clients to derive value-added services and implementations
