ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provides accurate data entry and processing of invoices.

• Ensures timely payments.

• Pays invoices by authorizations, matching transaction documentation.

• Evaluates completeness and accuracy of invoices submitted for payment, including determination and implementation of corrective action to resolve errors involving invoice coding or application of payment, and reaching out to vendors as necessary.

• Organizes and prioritizes work using knowledge of current office technology.

• Prepares for two check runs every week and files office copies of checks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1+ year of accounts payable experience.

• Must be able to understand invoice payment terms and correctly calculate discounts.

• Strong computer skills.

• Task-oriented and able to follow standardized work instructions in a structured environment that is high-volume.

• Outstanding customer service experience.

• Superior attention to detail.

• Must be able to multi-task while maintaining strict confidentiality.
