Summary:

The annuity specialist can effectively communicate and educate RIAs and B2B products to customers. Also focusing on expanding on the benefits and features of our products. This position will be required to work the hours of 2:00pm-10:00pm EST/11:00am-7:00pm PST (Monday through Friday).

Main Accountabilities:

  • Have an in-depth knowledge of our products and systems and be able to discuss all product features with customers, members, and internal stakeholders
  • Handle customer inquiries and problems throughout the application process and ensure timely outcomes are achieved in line with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to remove barriers for our customers and ensure a great customer experience
  • Maintain customer confidentiality while complying with all state and federal regulations, privacy regulations and meeting or exceeding internal quality and service standards
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with annuities and / or financial services products
  • Active license for current resident state Life and Health License
  • FINRA series 6 and 63 required within approximately 60 days of employment
  • Communicate effectively using verbal and written communication methods
  • Attention to detail - you're meticulous and curious to understand how things work
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $90,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Benefits Highlights:

Employees who meet benefit eligibility guidelines and work 30 hours or more weekly, have the ability to enroll in Group 1001's benefits package.
