If you have Analytics experience and are seeking a new 100% remote contract position, Horizontal Talent has an exciting opportunity for you. We are working with a collaborative company to recruit a contract Analytics and Insights Lead for 40 hours/week.

The Analytics and Insights Lead will be responsible for leading an analytics workstream in direct partnership with the client to enhance their customer experience goals and drive business outcomes. This is a highly autonomous role primarily focused on business-level strategic product analysis. You will support generating data-driven insights and contribute to reporting and prioritization efforts.

Some of your primary duties as Analytics and Insights Lead will include:

• Conducting the initial discovery process for newly assigned products and platforms, including surfacing available data sources and aligning on measurement approach
• Regularly maintaining a running prioritized list of hypotheses and conducting analyses related to current and future product enhancements to be shared with Product Owners
• Reviewing flows across the product and overlaying levels of engagement across channels
• Autonomously defining and executing data analytics work relevant to your product working in an Agile Sprint environment

We are seeking an Analytics and Insights Lead who is familiar with project management tools such as ADO and JIRA or process philosophies such as AGILE. You will also require:

• 5 to 7+ years of experience
• Experience working with clients to adopt a maturing set of analytics to inform optimization, use analytics in the design process, and explore opportunities for transaction and product enhancements
• Experience leading analytics workstreams in a highly multi-functional environment
• Comfort balancing multiple requests and prioritizing tasks in partnership with clients and internal stakeholders.
