The Analyst, Workforce Operations, reporting to Sr Director, Workforce Operations, is responsible for supporting Accolade's Service Operations by applying analytical skills and business acumen to influence process transformation, operational service delivery models, and organizational optimization. As an integral member of our team, you will manage and synthesize data, identify and validate opportunities, test the viability of proposed solutions, interpret and communicate relevant information to business leaders. The Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with data team, providing reports, developing analyses, and distilling actionable insights to enable data-driven decision making.

A day in the life...

• Support the continuous improvement and develop plans to accelerate the scaling of Service & Clinical Operations

• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions

• Utlize and maintain predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, Performance Guarantee attainment, and other business outcomes

• Mine & analyze data from multiple sources to drive optimization & improvement of business strategies with strong logical and business acumen

• Assess effectiveness & accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques

• Design analytics and reporting to give actionable insights into performance of the team (Workforce Management) and the business Service & Clinical Ops, Product & Tech, Customer Partnerships)

• Research, develop, and test statistical learning models for forecasting

• Collaborate to identify root causes and recommended solutions

• Partner on special projects and support ongoing capacity planning

• Support the maintenance of data/metrics feeding dashboards; validate calculations/reporting qualifications

• Designs, experiments, collects data, performs statistical analysis, and presents solutions to improve care

What we are looking for...

What we are looking for...
• BA/BS in Statistics, Math, Business, or other analytical field of study
• High advanced Excel skills as an SME; ability to build and run models without supervision
• Workforce Management Application Suites (i.e. Verint, IEX, Aspect, etc.) proficiency preferred
• Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills
• 2-5+ years working experience in data modeling, planning, operations and cost analysis
• Experience in business and data analytics required
• Extensive background in data mining/processing and statistical analysis/SQL familiarity
• Experience creating & using machine learning algorithms & statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, time series, modeling, clustering, decision tree, etc.
• Comfort working with large datasets
• Team player capable of effective collaboration across a highly matrixed organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Self-starter with a "roll up your sleeves" mindset and desire to add value
