The Analyst, Loan Accounting is responsible for reconciliation of assigned accounts on a daily/monthly basis as assigned. Individual must also be able to communicate the operational nature of the accounts assigned and how reconciling items are resolved.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations as assigned.
  
• Interact with various departments to resolve general ledger reconciling items.
  
• Identify areas in the organization for process improvement opportunities including automation.
  
• Work closely with loan accounting and loan servicing colleagues,
  
• Demonstrate flexibility in handling multiple tasks.
  

Experience

• 2 years of Financial services industry experience preferred.
  
• Must demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
  
• Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and others across the organization.
  
• Advance knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word is preferred.
  

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000USD to $80,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
