*Analyst, Digital Marketing*
Position will be supporting the email strategy and planning process. This role will be responsible for email execution and will to partner with the email service provider for flawless execution
*Responsibilities*:
* Drives the process for email deployment
* Make recommendations for improving the deployment process
* Proactively identify opportunities relevant to the marketing team; helping the team understand opportunities and implications
* Ensure integrity of brand through the support of brand marketing campaigns
* Serve as main point of contact between the business and email service provider for email execution
* Assist with daily email calendar for all International segments.
* Review e-mail, display ad, website, and any other relevant creative for content & accuracy, as well as alignment with strategic objectives.
* Participate in the review of any digital and print creative & copy requirements associated with International marketing campaigns.
* Stay up-to-date on email and digital marketing innovations and best practices and proactively provide recommendations on new tactics and testing agenda.
*Qualifications: *
* Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or related degree.
* 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, retail preferred.
* HTML experience a plus
* Photoshop experience a plus
* Salesforce experience a plus
* Highly organized, flexible and have a proven multi-tasking ability.
* Personal professionalism and sense of accountability.
* Innovative mindset with intellectual curiosity.
* Ability to react quickly to changes in priorities; navigate changes in a fast paced environment.
* Proficient with Windows applications (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint); strong spreadsheet skills.
* Ability to quickly learn new campaign execution tools.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
