RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Agile Coach in New York, NY..Responsibilities:

• Develop the ability within the team to make good decisions
• Foster Team adoption of shared accountability and ownership of problems end to end.
• Facilitate the team to focus on self-organisation and self-management
• Facilitate the team to focus on smaller achievable goals and reflect on successes and challenges in order to embrace opportunities for continuous improvement
• Provide opportunities for cross skills training and growth

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience as an Agility Lead within a large-scale enterprise environment
• 3+ years of experience in organizational design and transformation within a large-scale enterprise environment preferred
• Highly skilled facilitation and teaching capabilities to handle small (<10 people) to large (>40 people) workshops and/or trainings
• Application of Scrum/Agile principles at scale.
• Ability to flex approach based on the needs of the team/organization
• Understand team dynamics and organizational boundaries/constraints
• Ability to use facilitation skills to help unlock self-organization, autonomy and creativity in the team
• Ability to lead Design Thinking/Strategy Sessions
• Solid and proven understanding of various Agile frameworks
• Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Share Point
• Estimation and Planning skills to help the Team to ensure they have a healthy backlog
