CUMULUS MEDIA | COLORADO SPRINGS is looking for a dynamic Afternoon Drive host for KATC-FM. Cat Country 95.1 is Colorado Springs' heritage country station, known for high-profile talent. You must be driven to win while bringing a positive attitude to work each day.

Who We Are:

CUMULUS Colorado Springs features 6 unique brands in Southern Colorado. KATC-FM, KCSF-AM, KKFM-FM, 98.9 Magic FM, 92.9 Peak FM and KVOR-AM. These stations reach hundreds of thousands of listeners on a weekly basis.

We are looking for a track record of success. Top candidates will be versatile and possess exceptional on-air and web/social media skills. Digital and social strategies must be as engaging as on-air tactics and execution. Excellent writing and production skills to image and brand your stations are essential. People skills and the ability to work closely with talent, department heads and a talented sales team are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hosting or co-hosting shows that generate ratings by being entertaining, informative, community oriented and perpetuating our brand.
• Daily commercial production (recording, editing, interacting with sellers and other air talent
• Program producer with other stations within our cluster.
• An ambassador for Cumulus, with participation in station and client events/remotes, connecting with the community and our listeners, building a relationship with clients through the sales team and networking within the market.

Job Requirements
Requirements:

• 3 + years of Full-Time On-Air experience with successful ratings history preferred
• Strong production skills and knowledge of Op X, audio production software, like VOX Pro, Adobe Audition, and Reaper. Voice tracking experience preferred
• Proficient in digital marketing, Microsoft Office suite and social networking
• Knowledge of all FCC rules and regulations
• Knowledge of music, pop culture and current events and how they relate to our Cat Country 95.1 target listener

• Competitive pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 salary range for this position
• Quarterly ratings bonus not to exceed 750.00 per book based on ratings performance
