Job Description

CUMULUS MEDIA | Westwood One New York City, NY is looking for a full-time Affiliate Operations Analyst. As a valuable member of Westwood One's Affiliate Operations team, the Affiliate Operations Analyst is responsible for providing maintaining and improving the quality of Affiliate databases available to the internal and external teams/partners and providing superior first level support to affiliate radio stations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain affiliate database of contracts.
• Answer inquiries from client stations and other parties that contact Affiliate Operations for support, routing to
• internal teams or referring to external partners as necessary
• Provide regular reports to internal teams and external partners as well as custom reports as
• requested
• Provide affiliate station support: login credentials, download instructions, format clocks, and promotions as
• well as sending follow up affiliate communication via e-mail
• Perform quality reviews of multiple databases - reconcile where necessary
• Respond to confidential and time sensitive data-centric queries
• Improve existing processes and procedures to enhance the speed and accuracy of entry and processing
• Generate documentation around internal processes and procedures

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

• Minimum Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of the US radio landscape a plus
• Advanced skill ln Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with HTML code & Naboo (or similar web development interface) a plus
• Experience with Constant Contact (or similar applications) a plus
• Experience with electronic document management (Docusign, PandaDoc, Adobe Sign) a plus.
• Experience with Counterpoint a plus
• Radio, Tech and/or production experience desirable, sales experience a plus
• Strong analytical skills; Very comfortable working with complex data sets in Excel
• Ability to learn quickly to provide and interpret detailed and customized reporting
• Strong customer focus
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task
