As an Affiliate Marketing Associate, Targeted Partnerships you will focus on Customer Acquisition Marketing across all of DraftKings' active verticals (Daily Fantasy Sports, Sportsbook, and Casino). This is a Growth Marketing role where you will own several partner relationships and the responsibility for executing digital marketing campaigns from inception through post-campaign analysis. You will be reporting to the Targeted Partnerships team lead and working very closely with the Creative team, Project Managers, Analytics, and the Consumer Product Marketing team. Sound good to you? What you'll do as a Affiliate Marketing Associate:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions for the channel.
  
• Monitor and report on performance of campaigns to goals on a regular basis.
  
• Coordinate with our Creative team and the broader Channel Marketing team.
  
• Manage, track, and nurture our relationships with existing partners and affiliates with an eye towards establishing mutually beneficial long-term business partnerships.
  
• Report acquisition totals for the Targeted Partnerships team as they relate to monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
  

What you'll bring:

• At least 1 year of professional experience is required, experience in Marketing, Sports Marketing, Communications, or Analytics is preferred.
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills and proven ability to influence all levels of an organization.
  
• Ability to successfully work independently with very little guidance, as well as collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
  
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Experience in account management, fantasy sports, sports betting, or online casino is a plus.
