Our client, a university located in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Temporary-to-Hire Admissions and Engagement Advisor to join their team. The Admissions and Engagement Advisor will own a small portfolio of programs and provide exceptional service and guidance to educators seeking professional learning opportunities, execute outreach and follow up to help convert interest to enrollment. This role can compensate $26/hour and will comprise of a Monday-Friday, 35 hours/week schedule.

Duties of the role include:
* Managing registration of our online registration-based programs.
* Responding to registration and program inquiries for portfolio of programs in a timely manner and troubleshoots or redirects requests
* Ensuring effective clear handoffs of participant communication between internal functional teams throughout the admission process
* Reporting on, analyzing, and sharing data to inform future business development and outreach activities.
* Partnering with Portfolio Directors to achieve faculty educational chair interests and expectations for cohort mix and audience

Must have:
* Strong customer service skills - spoken and written
* Tech savvy with experiences with CRM (Salesforce preferable)
* Data analysis skills (pivot table analysis)
* High execution skills - can work independently and collaboratively
* Highly desirable: Knowledge about US k12 education and professional development
