Administrative Support Staff demonstrate ability to interface effectively with clients, staff, and public. Administrative Support Staff display organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and follow through with tasks under minimal supervision. Staff also provide support for clinical activities and any other duties as requested by supervisor.

Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938. BHN provides comprehensive, outcome-driven behavioral health care. We are dedicated to offering high quality, affordable and culturally appropriate care to people of all ages and income levels in our constituent communities.

Administrative Support Staff at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
• Between 3-5 years of related office experience (strongly preferred).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• Basic computer skills (required).
• Good communication skills (required).
• Familiarity with Internet, word processing and email systems (required).
