Prologis is looking for a Customer Led Solutions Coordinator for its Americas region, based in Dallas, TX. As CLS Coordinator, you will report to the SVP Customer Led Solutions (CLS). We seek an individual with a passion for our customers - a passion for helping Prologis create a truly differentiated customer experience in a traditionally transaction-driven industry.The primary responsibility will be supporting the CLS Americas team members to care for global customer account relationships. In addition, you will work directly with our internal and external customers to support key customer strategies, customer portfolio management, leasing and development transactions, due diligence, solution development, value propositions, and direct customer interaction.

We are looking for a candidate experienced in supporting commercial, and customer-focused teams, with excellent communication, strong organizational, PowerPoint, and CRM skills. This person should have:

  • A solid understanding of business and a proven track record in supporting customer relationship management and business development.
  • An innovative mindset, adaptability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and cultural sensitivity.
  • The ability to coordinate effectively across a diverse group of individuals and business groups is required.

Here's how to do that:
  • Actively support and coordinate with the Americas Marketing and Essentials Marketing teams on behalf of the CLS team to prepare, organize and execute Prologis' customer events, conferences, exhibitions & trade shows, and workshops, including, but not limited to, Customer Advisory Board and 3PL Executive Roundtable meetings.
  • Create and maintain customer presentations and/or any associated internal documentation and presentations
  • Collect, analyze and distribute customer information (e.g., earnings reports of our publicly traded customers) as well as information on logistics, industry verticals, and market trends (e.g., newsletters from logistics consultants and specialized news agencies) for the team to adequately prepare themselves for customer meetings
  • Work with colleagues in Operations to define the necessary customer data analysis for the CLS team on a regular (monthly, quarterly) basis
  • Use Salesforce CRM for customer contact information, meeting reports, customer insights, and share information within the customer team and other colleagues in customer-facing roles
  • Create, adjust and/or maintain Salesforce CRM reports, such as rent rolls, Essentials opportunities, and Capital Deployment opportunities.
  • Arrange internal and external customer meetings, support travel plans and arrangements for the CLS Americas team
  • Create monthly expense reports, prepare and track CLS Americas group budget
  • Coordinate internal communication and external (social media) communications


Tell us if you're ready:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a coordinating or project management role
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent communication skills, self-starter, and proactive
  • Experience/familiarity with Salesforce and reporting highly preferred; ability to organize and organize data
  • Experience supporting a wide range of marketing & communications activities
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills
  • Experience in a B2B environment is preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel
  • Conversational Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
