Matheson is looking for anexperienced Administrative Parts Clerk

 
As an Administrative Parts Clerkyou will provide administrative support for managers to ensure efficientoperation of the office. Will issue Purchase Orders (PO's) and Vendor RepairOrders (VRO's) for multiple locations. Inputting miscellaneous data and order closeouts. Inventory control andcycle counts. Time Card review and submission for some locations. Help prepareand distribute reports, and maintain a filing system. Ability to write anddistribute emails, memos, letters, and faxes. Will be expected to completeduties in a timely, high quality, accurate manner. Organization andcommunication skills needed.


Knowledgeableor has a willingness to learn about parts and accessories and can accuratelyanswer questions and satisfy customer requirements in person or on the phone. Locatesparts within the current inventory or from other sources (such as the internet,vendors, other dealerships, etc.) and arranges for delivery and installation.This position receives and stocks incoming parts, as well as performingwarehouse housekeeping duties.


Theideal candidate may have previous experience with parts and accessories. Musthave a pleasant and courteous personality, strong customer service andorganizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.


Compensation: Based on Experience$18.00 to $22.00 per hour

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Time management, multi-tasking, and team work skills
Receipt and stocking of incoming items
Locates accessories or parts and arranges for installation
Monitor parts inventory and maintains storage area in good condition
Maintains up-to-date knowledge
Maintains accurate sales documentation
Ensures safe and on-time delivery of parts to the dealership and following all company procedures and standards
Maintains warehouse housekeeping standards
Performs other duties as assigned


Education/Experience: 2+ years ofproven administrative experience and proficiency in MS Office. 2-year degree orequivalent experience desired.
