RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounts Receivable in Baltimore, MD.Essential Functions:

• Research and resolve the highest corporate level and most complex escalated customer disputes both internal and external; Act as primary point of contact for senior leadership when responding to highly escalated or high-profile customers from various sources including corporate office
• Ensure quality and accuracy of invoices, all credit and approval requests, customer communication and the overall management of quality assurance in regards to the billing team
• As Accounts Receivable, you will utilize knowledge of key finance and billing operational control concepts to rapidly improve the overall customer experience, by analyzing, standardizing, and streamlining business processes and internal billing controls
• Serve as subject matter expert on strategic account calls and maintain ownership and drive to complete resolution in a professional and concise manner; Perform research on multi-site large-scale strategic accounts
• Act as a team lead and subject matter expert for junior level billing representatives

REQUIREMENTS:

• Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong data entry skills
• Effective interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail is required
