Our client in Seattle is in immediate need of two Accounts Payable Specialist (AP Specialist) to help them with a clean-up project. This is fun temporary assignment to partner directly with leaders. This assignment is expected to last 2-3 months.

As the Accounts Payable Specialist you will be responsible for the following:

• Process invoices for weekly check run
• Research and resolve discrepancies surrounding invoices
• Manage the shared outlook inbox folder
• Provide vendor support as needed

If you bring a minimum of 2 years of experience processing Accounts Payable, QuickBooks experience, and a positive attitude please apply. Compensation is DOE but target range is $25-30hr.
