Responsibilities

Kforce has a client is looking for an Accounts Payable Processor on a long-term temp possible temp to perm basis in Grapevine, Texas (TX). Duties include:

• Full Cycle Accounts Payable
• Resolve discrepancies to clear invoices for payment
• Manually input invoices
• Process vendor invoices for payment and ensure that payment is made and received in a timely manner
• Review vendor statements for missed payments as needed
• Contact internal departments to resolve invoice problems as they arise
• Investigate discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders and contact appropriate department(s)
• Contact warehouse to resolve invoice shortages or non-receipt
• Contact vendors to resolve invoices with discrepancies or obtain copies of invoices
• Reconcile travel expenses and corporate card, as assigned
• Processing of checks and ACH, as assigned

Skills

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• SAP is a must
• Excellent communication skills
