RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a global software client that is seeking an Accounting Supervisor/Manager in Waltham, MA. The Accounting Supervisor/Manager will lead a team and be responsible for global monthly closing and partnering with various stakeholders. This is a remote to hybrid work environment, with a lot of flexibility.Responsibilities:

• In this role, the Accounting Supervisor/Manager will assist in the preparation of consolidation, cash flow, and financial statement disclosures
• Monthly closing and consolidation of multiple global entity subsidiaries
• Prepare and review reconciliations account reconciliations
• As an Accounting Supervisor/Manager, you will monitor compliance with internal compliance with internal controls
• Hands-on involvement with the month closing process, recording journal entries, and running month end reports
• Lead, mentor, and review staff level work

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 6+ years of experience; 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP in a large global corporate environment
• Software or technology industry experience preferred
• Must be a self-starter, display a positive attitude, and work effectively within the framework of a team
