What You Will Be Doing - You will have an organized system of accounting rules and regulations.
- Become the primary point of contact for external CPA firms in both China and the US.
- Keep an eye on every aspect of the merged entities' accounting activities, particularly their policies, procedures, and control systems for handling transactions.
- Handle transactions and send them to accounting systems, among other bookkeeping tasks.
- Assure that, where appropriate, all justifiable discounts are applied to accounts payable.
- Reconcile your accounts on a regular basis and examine your bank statements.
- Ensure that payments are made on time as required.
- Keep track of the account charts.
- Continue to use a system for monitoring accounting transactions.
- Release accurate and timely financial statements.
- Arrange for the annual report of the company to be prepared.
- To find best practices and suggestions, benchmark the business's performance and operations.
- Determine and publish financial and operational
- Oversee the A/P and A/R Specialists

- Position will be onsite in their Romulus, MI office.
What You Need for this Position Required:
- QuickBooks
- MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years of accounting experience

Preferred:
- Masters
- CPA or CMA
- Automotive OEM
