Based in Evanston, IL, we are a home management company with locations across the Midwest. We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our growing team!
What You Will Be Doing In this role you will work closely with the VP of Finance to manage our accounting and financial operations. You will manage monthly close processes, prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements, and drive process improvements across multiple departments.
What You Need for this Position - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field
- CPA or CMA
- 4+ years of Accounting experience, Public Accounting experience preferred
- Real Estate/Property Management Experience is a Plus
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, Appfolio, and/or Buildertrend
