Job Description

Effectively Communicate with Internal Site Managers, Contract Managers, Operations, Share Service Center, and Finance Depts.

Communicate with external customers to ensure invoice delivery and resolve invoice questions and/or discrepancies.

Point of contact for External Customers and co-workers for Invoicing matters.

Ensure internal workflow of billing information and supporting documents.

Create Draft invoices and route for internal approval.

Revise and finalize invoices for distribution to the customer.

Submit and deliver invoices to customer. Use any 3rd party systems relevant for invoice submission.

Participate in inquiries with reference to past due invoices and determine status of invoice.

Assist co-workers with flow of paperwork

Assist co-workers in tracking down 3rd party invoices

Utilize Google Drive for information repository

Attend and participate in Team meetings

Attention to Detail

Complete assigned work timely and accurately

Team Player and supportive of Team Goals

Work independently

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Associates Degree in Accounting

One year of billing experience

Excel experience
