What will you do?

  • Handle/distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Assist with tax return data entry, including but not limited to federal and state income and FBAR
  • Assist with printing and preparing returns for signature and mailing
  • Assist with estimate and extension preparation
  • Assist in demo car calculations and support
  • Assist in filing annual reports and entity registrations
  • Assist in preparing and providing W-9's upon request
  • Place calls and/or create correspondence to federal and state agencies to respond to notices
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of accounting/tax support
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (with specific emphasis on Excel)
  • Ability to work with deadlines
  • Must exhibit good organizational skills and be detail oriented
  • Must be able to work under pressure and have analytical problem solving abilities
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities and work independently or in a team environment
