Intrado Healthcare provides the market leading automated patient engagement platform for health systems and physician practices to improve patient care, patient experience and enhancing operational efficiency and revenue.

As the market-leader in automated, digital patient engagement, we have 1000+ enterprise health systems as customers, more than 10,000 provider organizations - all using Intrado solutions to connect with patients via personalized, customizable, automated messages delivered by SMS, email and/or telephone. Unique to Intrado, our platform leverages API integration to facilitate real-time communication that is deeply integrated with leading EHRs.

Health care systems are eagerly seeking automated, digital solutions that reduce operational pain points and improve the patient experience. To answer the call, the Intrado Healthcare team is expanding and seeks an entry level Account Manager to support our small regionally based existing healthcare clients.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage the overall relationship with the assigned accounts
  • Lead the sales process in upsell opportunities
  • Locate the appropriate account buyer for renewal and upsell opportunities
  • Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with accounts, increasing their affinity for Intrado products, adding new contracts, and likelihood of renewals
  • Achieve assigned sales billing quota
  • Monitor account satisfaction and identify customer problems; coordinate with Intrado Customer Engagement to remedy situations
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date expert understanding of assigned account solutions and understanding of relevant competitor solutions
  • Research and actively identify emerging trends that influence Intrado's value proposition
  • Communicate value proposition to existing accounts
  • Identify and coordinate timely involvement of sales operations resources in the sales cycle to improve efficiencies
  • Proactively manage pipeline, input, monitor, and update opportunities in a timely fashion




Education:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business, information technology or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.


Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role or account management position required
  • Required experience in managing account relationships, identifying additional sales opportunities, and closing deals
  • Prior professional experience working with minimal supervision
  • Self-starter with excellent time-management skills
  • Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience delivering compelling presentations to large audiences
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory, as needed
