In that case, you'll want to consider joining the Dow HR Development Program (HRDP). This program provides early career experiences across multiple areas of Human Resources and, at the same time, gives participants insight into the Dow organization and culture through challenging assignments, exposure to senior HR leaders, networking, and structured learning programs.
HRDP consists of 3 rotational assignments in a wide range of HR disciplines for up to 3 years. Upon successful completion of the HRDP, employees can secure permanent positions in Human Resources.
