Innova solutions is hiring for a Workflow Management Consultant
Title: Workflow Management Consultant

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Skills Required:

  • 3 years of relevant experience. The real need is a fresh set of eyes someone who can provide ideas fluidly.
  • Someone who can bring a fresh perspective on the software being used and assessments of the data the team is very open to adapting the process for improvement.
  • Financial Services is not required varying perspectives can make the team stronger
  • Past experience in Operations and Workflow management is needed
  • Production Reporting experience.
  • Technical Skills :Tableau-Dashboards ,Excel-Pivot Tables, Formulas
Day to Day/Job Requirements:
  • The need is for the resource to improve workflow optimization -Workforce management
  • Performing health checks on execution and operations.
  • Extracting and scrubbing data they will take data export to excel perform pivot tables formulas and present current and future status updates
  • Utility type need-They will need to look at all activity and put within a structured environment
  • Analyzing production reporting -Workload optimization capacity optimizations
  • Improved workflow execution through tableau dashboards
  • Taking organization and streamlining in to reporting
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $45- $49/hr per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
